Busy end to the year at popular Industrial Park

Stirling Park at Clifton Moor, York has seen the arrival of several new tenants over the past few weeks, confirming its popularity for a variety of businesses.

PR Salon Supplies, the North East based Hairdressing and Beauty Wholesaler, have taken Unit 4 to open a new showroom in York. Unit 5 has been let to York Foodbank, and Unit 6 has been let to Autoglass for their York area branch.

Richard Flanagan of Flanagan James adds “Clifton Moor remains a popular business destination, and these units having previously been occupied by a single tenant have now been let to businesses that recognise the excellent location and facilities on offer”. He continues “we have also just recently let Unit 8 to a trade counter operator, and a further announcement on the launch of this showroom will be made in the new year”.
